Elijah Voigt brings 20+ years of hands-on experience in land surveying and construction layout, with a strong focus on emerging geospatial technology and a passion for CADD. He founded Land-Tech Services in 2016 after recognizing the need for dependable, technology-driven workflows that streamline survey and construction support while maintaining consistent accuracy in the field. With 13 years of drone piloting experience and FAA Part 107 certification, he leverages modern tools and proven procedures to deliver solutions tailored to each project’s requirements—helping clients move from fieldwork to finished deliverables with confidence.

Adam Voigt brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in land surveying, with more than five years as a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. His background spans boundary surveying and resolution, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, construction layout, and UAV-based data collection, with direct involvement in every phase of a project—from fieldwork and data acquisition through drafting and final deliverables. Licensed in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Florida, and Delaware, Adam is committed to expanding his multi-state licensure from Maine to Florida, ensuring consistent, high-quality surveying services across the East Coast. His practical, start-to-finish approach allows clients to rely on clear communication, technical accuracy, and efficient project execution.
