One specific scenario I’d like to highlight is when my fence permit application was getting delayed while I waited for the physical survey copy. Although the copies were mailed the same day after the survey, USPS was taking longer than expected to deliver them. Very responsive and explained everything we needed to know to make a decision. Plus, the survey was worth every penny when our less than desirable neighbor came out screaming at me and the surveyor. The surveyor was so calm and talked to her so she could understand why most of the trees belong to us and not her. He also marked out the many gravel paths that we made in the garden and gave us the CAD file on the same day he came to our property, so we can use the CAD file to plan our house improvements for the future.
